Proper confused, someone help me... please?

Just tried to ask Rightnow a question, but my subs password didnt work - tried it a few times, as im pretty good with remembering passwords (never write em down, never keep em).

In the end i requested it be sent to me again, not believing i'd forgotten it, and got the response that

Password: (none set)

WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN???

at the bottom of the email it says "reply to NOREPLY@goa.com" which i thought waitasecund, its Noreply, but i thought heck i might as well, and mailed it to that, Subscription@goa.com and Subscriptions@goa.com, just to be sure (i have some vague recollection of one of them working some time ago) but i've just got all three of em bounced back again.

Whats my next move? buggered if i know...

help me please, or else i'll send my friend Hubert Cumberdale round to sort you's guys out

I'm pretty sure right-whenever uses your game password... give that a go

OK, RightNow does use your game password, but if that doesn't work there are two things to check, if you have two accounts registered to the same emain addy (and if so try the second set of log ins) or it hasn't updated and it's using an old password. If none of that works PM me and I'll get it sorted to match your current password on monday.

Additionally the address for subscription stuff is subscription (at) goa (dot) com and it shouldn't bounce.

thanks for the info matey - i only have one account, as im not as buff-endowed as many, and that was one of the addys that bounced back, but ill send another request to just that addy this time...
