Right this is me going for the budget spell crafting option. The hauberk, feet and weapon are the priority changes. This report also changes the shield from dartmoor drop to a SC equivalent but with +4 pie and also changes the helm slightly from the epic to up pie and con a couple of points and change 4 enh to 3 smite. But both those items can really wait until cash is available. Also I've been conservative and done 2 pt overcharge on 99% items (3 on the cheap feet). The right weapon would need to be a MP or a couple of stats might have to be slightly dropped for a 99% item.

Most of the jewelry and equipment is fairly easily obtainable
Spirit resist is low but I have resist buffs for spirit body and energy of 16%. Matter is the only dubious resist as it's also slightly low and all the reactive armour procs are, I believe, matter.

Only thing thats missing is +power really, and as clerics have such a small power pool, could prove to be annoying, but s'what I get for doing a cheap 99% version

Oh, lets see if I can be a little radical here:
It is essential for groups in RvR to have their Cleric alive, so that they can keep all other in the group alive. (or try their best)
The longer your cleric stands up, the more likely it is that you'll win the fight right?

So, shouldn't everybody in Albion do a "save the Clerics" fundraising event and get all clerics uber MP armour?

Also +power really isnt worth the points, at +26 power (your cap) I dont think you can even cast one of the smallest heals.

You do a quest
I got the quest by speaking with the Shield Merchant (near the smith) in Caer Ulfwych.

After you then go to Cornwall Station you go to Catacombs of Cordova and do the rest there.
For a lvl 50 it is alot of killing greys so it's easy even for a cleric
In the end you get to choose from 4 different cloaks.
I'm capped at Con and Body so I choosed this one.
Quest is called something with "Emperor".

Toyed around abit and came up with this - based on a cleric spec of 40 or 41 rejuv, 35 or 36 Enhance and rest in Smite. Con/Pie/Dex/HP are the necessary stats - Str and Qui raised to make the cleric better in melee - not by much, but it beats wasting imbue points on Power.

Resists, not much to say - cap them all and be merry. +4 rejuv is enough (Epic leggings) with that cleric spec, at least if you RvR alot (should have a decent RR bonus then; 40 + 4 = 44; with RR you get close to 50 easily, and at 48 modified I never had any variance on my heals in RvR - had in PvE though, oddly enough). 11 smite; well, if you're gonna get Str and Qui, Smite won't hurt, and it just might come in handy sometime. Enhance I put on a backup hammer, used only for buffing; With a base spec of 35/36 + RRs, that hammer should let you cap your baselines easily - if you don't, consider adding a shield to get +11 Enhance when needed.
