Procs on Staves.....

Hiya folks,

I have a staff that has a DD spell as part of it's abilities, the problem is I can't seem to be able to use it!

Does anyone know if this ability is working yet or is it bugged and awaiting the next patch (or three) ?

Procs normally (I say normally, cos the gimped Spear of the Elements procs at lvl 35 - When it's Blue ) only go off when the item cons the same level as you are. Also you need a high dex to make a proc go off more often.

If it's an actual activated ability (like a charge I guess) then again this becomes available once your level is the same con as the item or higher.
