Proc on theese ml10 pants? :>

ive gotten hold of the ml10 caster pants: silksteel Astral Pants of Stellar Warding.

It says that its got a summon elemental proc but so far i havent got it to proc or anything. It does seem to have at least 2 different resist charges. Its random(?) wich of the resist charges that gets fired, but there is also a 3rd charge that gets fired some times, but it doesnt seem to do anything. I believe it must have some sort of use maybe you guys can tell me what it is

But i still havent seen that summon elemental proc yet either... help me out please

Hmmmmm. Isnt it a charge rather than a proc? A summon elemental proc sounds almost completely useless ...

But I expect you tried /use & /use2 before posting

The description under the Arcanite Astral Plaguebringer drop - which also has a summon elemental proc on it:

When testing, it procced a wide variety of things, mainly negative effects. Procced an ABS debuff, an AF debuff, S/C Debuff, Snare, DPS Debuff, Disease, etc.

Sounds like just some random effect - might be fun.

As I recall, all the ML10 items had really overpowered procs and abilities on them when they were first discovered in the US. These were rapidly nerfed, and a review promised...

I guess they nerfed them so rapidly that they didn't even bother to change the name, and the original intention was that an elemental pet of some sort was summoned. Of course the review of these abilities never materialised...

studded pants that proc a 35 str/con debuff with a linked 50 dex / qui transfer.

did a bit of testing, a few things to note:
As with all debuffs it only debuffs for the full value on buffed targets.
The dex/qui transfer is linked so when it procs both go at the same time.
The Dex/qui transfer basicaly debuffs the target while buffing you. this buff does NOT stack with either BB or self dex/qui buffs so the buffing part is kind of useless for a hunter.

Even though the dex/qui buff doesnt stack I still love these legs to pieces dropping 35 str 35 con 50 dex 50 qui from a buffed stealther rocks baby !

Those cloth panties have unlimited charges of either 5% cold/matter/heat resists or 5% spirit/body/energy resists. Target yourself and use pants and voila you get either of buffs, they are aoe also so everyone around you gets the same buffs.

And if i recall right they stack with druid/warden buffs.
