Problems with logging into My account ......

When i Log into My account at :

http://billing.camelot-europe.com/www/login.php?game=daoc&language=en

I just get the oaged refresh with no error msg apart from the url chanhing to :

http://billing.camelot-europe.com/www/login.php?game=daoc&language=en&err=3

I contacted Right Now and they said it may be my Xp firewall but that is no enabled , then they repleid again we are sorry but we do not know what to do , please contact your PC Technical Help .
I do not wish to do that since EVERYTHING else works apart from loggin into that website .
I have cookies to accepy ALL and secruity to its lowest .
I deleted my cookies and offline content and still it doesn't work.

So i Reformated my PC using FDISK and deleted my old partitions and created new ones, hopeing this would fix the problem whatever may be caushing it .

But after i got pc running i STILL recieve the SAME error , so formated did totall NADDA

May anyone please give me any advice since goa have not given my any that is helpfull and i contacted them last week " Wednesday 27th of November 2002" and only just recieve an response today .

My Isp if AOL and i have been playing daoc and using aol eva since February .
I can log into it fine with my m8s computer , which also uses AOL .

Please may someone help me if youm have any advice that may resolve this problem .

as soon as a company tells you to contact someone else, you know its a problem caused by them they just dont like to admit it.

Ok today when i tried to log in i acutally got IN - HURRAY - NOT
Then when i went to try and pay i clicked access secure payment , then it said w8 while we connect you to blah blah (do not click back)_ but it just hanged so i exited it after 10 mins of waiting .
Then when i tried to log back in i got a msg :

Your transaction is being processed…


Reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form.
