Problems with Items since patch

I'm having major problems with items on my Infiltrator since the patch, only Quicksilver bracers increase stats, i have brimstone ring, gyrgs cloak and fishing hook and none of these are increasing any stats, they seem to work on other chars but not my infi, can anyone explain this?

It's ok, i have found out the problem, if the item is below 80% con then it's magic doesn't work. I repaired all items and everything is working fine

did not know that !!!
that is good to know that might be why my hat for my cleric is not working
