Problems, plz help

Lo all,

I have just started up my second cpu again, and when i try to start daoc, i get to enter password, select server etc, then i get the loading screen wich says connecting to service.

Then just retrying, and server is unavailable or sth like that.
It have worked but since my old monitor broke down i havent used it til now when i have gotten a new one, so no changes to the comp.

Any1 have a solution or is it just to reinstall daoc and have another go at it?
Or do i have to reinstall windows or so?

hi there, there's 2 thing's id like u to try.

1) if u have any firewall, make sure it's "friendly faction" to DAoC
2) try and re-install the whole thing yes, see if that work's
and 3) Do u have all 3 DAoC CD's? if so, please do install all 3, worked for me :worthy:

if you just get connecting.... retrying... retrying... retrying

Than its almost certainly something blocking your connection to the DAOC server your characters are on, can you PING or even a traceroute to the server you play on ? im sure it would be a firewall problem or something similar
