Problems Patching US client

Hi have just finished patching the US client and when I start the game it says

You have not installed the DR client there will be areas of the game that will not be available to you untill you upgrade to the DR client

Anyone else having that problem, or any suggestions?

aparently you dont have DR so cant go to DR areas, download DR and install and it will work (cant be done through patcher)

trying to log into the EU servers?

if so, then Update.dat needs to be changed to:

I have downloaded the US DR client and tried patching that one and had to patch 47mb so thought i was good to go

Mate try the method Narzeja proposed and you should be in the clear.

Have you actually bought and activated DR on your GOA account? If not then that's why you're getting that message.

sorted I think i patched back this morning to catacombs client, reinstalled US client and repatched and now good to go, whenever the servers come up

think I copy&pasted before fixing it on my own update.dat lol

You need to copy over the 'login' file from your catacombs old directory too

what program are you using to open the update.dat file?
i just opened it in notepad. assuming that's the prog you used.

notepad or any other text editor

i've changed the update.dat to what it is above. will i need to change the login.dat as well or will it do it itself?

You have to change that as well. Just copy the one from your old catacombs client and paste it over the DR directory one.
