Problem

I recently bought Half Life platinum and everytime I try to play CS, it says it cannot contact the server... that it cannot detect my internet connection. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks!

erm, you do have steam, dont you?

afaik, you cant run CS "straight outa the box" anymore, you'll need to go and DL Steam and run CS through there.

Thankfully (I think) I dont spend enough time playing games to get bored of them. I still get excited when I know Ive got an hour or 2 of CS to play.

Well, I only get to play when I am off from work which is at around 7:30 when I come home after I shower and eat. Blah! I wish I had more time to play.
