problem with something

OK!

You know when you click on a media file in Windows 2000? You know in the little frame on the left, it tries to give you a chance to preview that media file? WHY oh WHY does my explorer crash when my window tries to load up that preview thing?

I cant single click on any media file without these bloody error messages, so its hard for me to move them about (*cough* download folder to proper folder *cough*)

Please Jim, can you fix it for me?

Have you checked the MS support pages. Although they are long winded, if you have an error code, they invariably have the answer.
