Problem with RightNow

I cannot seem to log into rightnow.

it doesnt recognize the account ID or the password for either my wife's account or my own. Tried several times and triple-checked the capsloc not on, etc.

How do you make it work?

I posted on the tech forum, but you guys are usually faster with answers/help

Did you use your very first password? your gaming password not the subscript password.
