Problem with payment

i tried to reactivate my DAOC-account yesterday but i got the message "Unable to modify your subscription. An invoice is currently in process" and it has been saying the same since then.. any idea what i can do about that?

I had that problem when I was trying to change my CC details. took about 48 hours for it to clear and let me in. If you've updated any of your information it does that, also if your account has only recently expired it can sit like that for days (happened to me twice now).

Worst though is if your CC has expired, the stupid thing will site for days and days waiting on payment that wont arrive and until it's finally cancelled your account it wont let you change your CC details.

in other words be patient, the GOA billing system is by far the worst I've used.

Yeah, how totaly stupid of them to implement an anti-fraud feature!
