Problem with grapics card?

Well, since i have had this new PC, I havnt been able to play ANY GAMES. could it be the fact that I didnt buy a new grapics card and it is shit, but the rest of my comp is good?
What happens is that when i play on any game, it just kind of starts and stops, and with games like daoc it just becomes a grapics bug, ad i can just here the sounds etc. Befor I had this new PC, my grapics card would work any of the games I have now. So please help. What could it be??

did ya use the gfx card from old pc..

if so did you install the right drivers for it.. and do you have a onboard graphic chip and is it disalbled. etc

Could you post the details of your motherboard and gfx card? (whole setup would be even better).
