A mate of mine (his name is Donner, just if anybody knows him) has a serious problem with his account. It's kind of strange. I am writing that for him now as he isnt registered at FH.
He had a running subscription which should end in 1 or 2 months. Suddenly that subcription and the online bill which belongs to that subcription disappeared at the account datas. The same thing happened to about 400 other german accounts where bibit recording back transfers from the local banks of the players.
They said it was a failure from bibit and fixed the problem manual. They fixed it for every player but Donner. Maybe its because he is is using a creditcard. So therefore he consulted Rightnow and got a mail, telling his credit card did a back transfer which is impossible cause credit cards dont do back transfers at all. He replied again, that it is a mistake by bibit and that they please give him back the remaining months of the running subcription plus that they activate his account again. He got no answer. At the time the big problems with the german account occured a german GM tried to help those players with telling them to write an e-mail on his private adress. So did Donner but he still got ignored. After waiting weeks now, he tried from time to time to get in touch with a GM and wrote some mails to abo@goa too waiting for a simple statement. And he still is waiting.
Anyone has some experience or maybe does anyone of the goa officials reads that post, please drop a short PM to me. It cant be that a player isn't allowed to access the game since weeks now just because bibit / goa did a mistake and are not willing to fix the problem nor to give a simple statement whats going on.
