Problem switching Characters

Ive got a problem when I try to switch characters...

If I quit out back to the character selection, and change to a different character, the screen goes black, I get the loading bar which fills all the way up..... and then it just stops...

Then I have to do a reboot.....

If I log completely out I can log in fine....

Weird...

Do you use Zonealarm? I've had the same problem and it was ZA trying to give more dlls access outside my network

i use zonealarm but have not had this problem
the best thign to try is press alt and then y ALT+Y and this will say yes to any messages poping up..

The only time Zonealarm kicks in for me is when the game is loading (before you get to the character selection screen).

I just press alt + y (or shift and Y ) and it carries on conecting.....

Im pretty sure ive tried that when it has hung doing this....

Ill see if it happens when zonealarm is not on at all....
