problem creating an account. PLEASE help

I have updated the game and everything, when the start up enter acc etc prompt comes up, I click on New Account....... IE opens up and loads an access forbidden page 403 error, like its trying to link to a broken page, or not the proper link etc......

the link it opens is http://billing.camelot-europe.com.......... anyone have a link that I can use to make a new account please?
