Probably Changing (from Hib to Mid)

Hello Mighty Midgard,

Excaliber for me is currently Hibernia. Im not enjoying it too much there, the alliance if falling apart because the lead guild behave like children (and probably are).

Are there many people with Midgard. What are the nice guilds to join, Im not looking necessarily for large and powerful but looking for friendliness and decent crafters.

I was thinking of making a skald? either that or a thane?

Any advice, and how powerful is the realm itself. Can you take on alb ?

Hey Wicoa, I just took the journey from Midgard to Hibernia for almost precisely the same reasons as you hehe. I guess every realm has the same problems.

Yes, Thanes and Warriors are too dependant on groups for RvR (need mezers and speed) and that's ruining the fun.
Anyway Thanes are great on raids with enemy encounters (free hammers for all) and warriors on duels.
Skalds and runnies are very nice classes and fun to play because you can find groups easily for exp and can try RvR on you own.
(you have speed and mez/root)

As there are way too many skalds low/mid lvls, a runnie could be a better choice.

Zerkers are VERY nice to exp, because they are great soloers (this is good for low/mid levels where you can find mostly n00bie groups), but you have to know that a nerf is coming on them (Doublefrost).
But they also have the same problems as Thanes/Warriors: they need good groups (for speed, mez/root, + buffs). Anyway I think that zerkers are more enjoyable on RvR because you can actually kill something b4 you get killed (it's called frenzy).

About albs I think that getting their relic twice says something. One thing which will scare you is the mid numbers. We are by far outnumbered by albs and i think by hibbs also starting with the last month.

The Alliance is for your information not falling apart, but is being disbanded due to some guilds requesting to leave and others are inactive. This could be solved but for alliance being bugged, so the easiest solution is to have Goa disband the alliance therefore a new one can be formed, thereby actually making it stronger.

As Celtic Fist were the instigators of the alliance under the leadership of Balnor (who has unfortunately left) it is down to our new GMs to contact Goa and sort it out, which seems to have upset many in alliance chat, but this was never the intention. Silliness then ensued with people flaming each other, because some couldn't see past the end of their noses.
