private access

I recently had a virus on my computer, several actually, and deleted them all. One of them is still going around though between computers I'm in touch with. I did another scan last night and found another virus, called worm/spybot; I removed it and installed a firewall (I know). The reason I did another virus check is because someone got a message apparently from my web-site and when I got home I found I couldn't get on my website because it's asking me for a Private access id name and code. I've changed my e-mail / internet passwords just in case but I still can't get onto my own website which is very annoying. Can you tell me how I get rid of this 'Private access' prompt on Windows XP?

edit: Oh wait; is it asking for a password because my website is a barrysworld.net site and my subs ran out yesterday?

Well, I just tried to access your site and got the above...hence the problem is with your site and not xp on your computer. Do you have ftp access ? ie. can you delete all the files and replace with a backup ?

*edit* ahhh, just saw your edit...werent subs renewed foc for a whole year just a couple of months back ? That is, the pay to play subs.

I can get on my site now by typing in my password; but it isn't supposed to ask for a password in the first place, think it might be 'cause my subs have ran out just wish someone could confirm it for me. I've bought a new sub. from Game in town but I'll have to wait for it to be activated to find out if this is the reason...

Ah thanks; one of the things I wanted to test was to see if other people can log on; obviously not. It is a subs thing then; mine ran out yesterday. Just bought another three months today and have to wait 24 hrs for it to be recognised on the computers.

P.S. I'll have to remember in future to buy new subs before the old ones run out...

Aye, should be back to normal by tomorrow or Monday at the latest; I'm just glad it's turned out to be something simple and not another nasty virus.
