Yes.


Bought it, tis fairly good. However it has some serious issues.


For example i've mapped out massive building foundations...which never get converted into buildings. So you have to demolish them all and start over.

Also late game it has real performance issues. After ~3 hours on one prision the game is now running at about 5-8 fps. Scrolling around takes it down to ~1fps.
