Ok heres the problem...I built myself a nice new PC and after a few probs got it running real nice, except for some unknown reason my printer seems incapable of printing anything larger than 100mb in size. With my old system I could print a photo scanned at 2880 and print it at 2880 dpi (about 700mb) without a problem. Now it seems to process the data to the spool but loose abou 70% of it .....if you check photo size it says 700mb but print manager window only displays 100mb , the print starts up ok but ends about 10% into picture but no errors are displayed. Also now and again print manager displays a dummy document in the window too ????
system is
Athlon 2600XP
Asus A7N8X DX mobo
1GB PC2700 DDR
80GB Maxtor Diamond 9 HDD
windows 2K
Scanner is AGFA Snapscan E40
printer is Epson stylus 680 (max 2880 dpi)...I have tried printer on USB and printer port ..same probs both times.
Any help will be appreciated.
