Clearly you cant count, you wouldnt even get random quality for that price never mind 99%

I think U can get it cheaper then that .. a friend of mine got a FULL set of AF 102 99% qual for 1.5P + 99% shield .... but then again .. she might just be lucky!?

1.5p is the price for a full set with no retries so they got very lucky.
