the debuff lasts for 1 minute btw. reuse 3 min

the ring only debuffs 20% of enemys abs afaik. i.e if u used it on leather it would only debuff 2% abs

If it was the latter, the charge is so instawinOPness ..

20% from the abs value, so for leather 0.2X10=2 absorb
from plate 0.2X34=~7 abs
not that good tbh compaired to battler
