1-3p? maybe but then again its kinda hard to see how you want tis over cloudsong or healers embrace and Feathered wrap have probably more utill
aswell, but its decent stats and it doesn't seem that common if there are none on cms, guess ppl would put it in template/ want it if they knew of it.

Anyhow it got decent stats for any healer /caster and if you can't fit in any of the 3 above cloaks or any other high util cloak this is a good buy for 1-3p, if not even more

Aye...I was thinking of putting it in my Sorc's template. Obviously, Cloudsong would be nice, but my sorc will be my 3rd RvR character (behind my Reaver and Cleric) so the less time spent xping Artis the better imo

Oh well...if anyone wants to make me an offer, PM or post in here. Sorc is only 47 and the speed I XP at, I think you've got plenty of time.

Got a couple of offers, but decided to keep the cloak in the end. I reckon my Sorc will like it once I get her to 50.
