some background why this is perhaps the ultimate crush merc offhand ^^

a) 3.7speed, fast enough to give DW haste, slow enough to hurt.
b) the proc is a dd-snare, meaning extra dmg (~40-70dmg depending on resists) and an extra chance to "prevent flight"
c) since its an ml10 weapon the 2%melee dmg & 2%style dmg stack with the 10% cap from toa items, meaning a real 12%style 12%melee is possible
d) decent util, useful resists
e) proc rate is normal for an offhand, ie ~10% of hits

downsides: u cant use this & champ wep & malice but if the merc your stood next to has malice i think its fine and malice+this makes a lovely combo
