I havn't made up my mine on final spec on my SB yet, but if I go Axe/LA I will auction out this baby. The proc require RR 4L9 to work. No weapon like this on CM, and havn't seen any pricecheck/auction on FH so input would help:

I just did a quick proc rate test:

100 swings
1 fumble
14 misses
9 procs

So by the look of it, it has a ~10% chance of procing.

have to agree... as an SB hitting hammy chain an having that proc ur damage will be fantastic -7% abs an -100AF (more like 150 through testing)
if u can fit that in temp MH an malice off or have open MH temp will be very nice an well worth 10p

Aye, and that sword could also be "usable in lefthand spot" at first. The bug was fixed, so was the proc.

no i think its the other way isnt it? doesnt work untill 4l9? i guess it being under 4l9 makes sense as it drops in cathall BUT then why is it 16.5 instead of 16.0?

You can wield it no matter what RR you are. But the proc only works if you are 4L9 or higher ...

I think it's very much a "showpiece" sword which is nice to have. I've been trying to find the hermit to get one myself, but in the end I just couldn't be bothered I'll get the sword some time in the next year :>
But at the moment you could name your price as there are not many on the server, so 15p would be reasonable if people are willing to pay for it, but I imagine the price will drop to about 8-10p in the future as more of them drop.
I've got a nice DF sword and a nice PoC sword and the Dragonfury and they all cost 10p or less, and I think this sword is very similar to usefulness :>
