Off topic, does that debuff bonus effect ice wiz debuff nuke/aoe nuke?anyone know the debuff value cap and how much % more effective they would be?

The robe looks lovely by the way but no spell damage/range hurts a lot :/ though the heal procc is nice, would say it's worth a fair amount but people would use artifacts mainly.

It would be 6% of whatever the debuff value is, so if 30% it would be an effective 1.8% bonus which is 31.8% total iirc.

ML6.10 Vest isnt all that though, unfortunatly they arnt that popular as caster BP artifacts > static heal procs which have 0% chance of saving you as melee's can easily outdamage a heal proc

Personaly if its not an alt you want it for, I wouldnt bother at all
