Can't see how those would fit into a caster template? The utility is awfully low, and most templates have power pool% nearly capped, so that +12% would be mostly wasted. On most templates 1% of the range bonus would be wasted too. And if you have these legs on template, you'd have only 2-3 SC pieces left... (helm and maybe boots/sleeves, most people use cinder sleeves or soot boots, GoV/Nailah = chest, Scalars = gloves)
