Price check - Band of Bowyer

Just wanting to check the price of this ring i found in poc, want to sell it but no one i have spoken to knows if it is of any value, does have rather nice charge so hoping that'd put its value up
The stats on it are:

4 bow
4 stealth
19 dex
19 con

is 100% qua etc.
The proc is a melee absorption debuff (similar to battler's one i think) with a value of 20. Has a range of 1500.

Any ideas?
