The item is undeniably one of the best in the game - however anyone lvl 48+ can get it by putting 1-3 hours of effort into it.

So judging by that it would be maybe 1-2 plats. Then again you can only get it once, and most people probably want to use it in template.

I would estimate around 4 plats.

Not a lot of demand for these, so buyers dictate the prices - especially as they can get one themselves with a little effort.

200g is a stupidly low price, even when you take into account the time investment to get the item. That said 4plat is also insane, having a spare is nice but with it being a 100% Qual peice of jewellery it would take a year to wear out the original.
