As I'm sure you all know (well, those in the UK), the government has launched a major initiative this summer to warn us what to do in the case of a terrorist attack. This includes a TV campaign and the distribution of an information booklet.

Things to remember

If you are involved in any emergency it is important to:

Run like hell, particularly if you caused the emergency.
Trample all others in your desperate attempt to escape.
Loot on the way out.

Yup, stating the obvious: the government guide to emergencies.

Personally, i think it's a good thing that these "rules" have come out. Someone is bound to break them and get screwed over. The whole point of this booklet is to replace blame for getting injured back on the wounded, and not the security services, sort of a "we published the book, you should have read it, it's your fault, you can't sue us." tactic. Pity it wont work, but what can you do? Follow the guidelines and hope you don't get killed by some zelot sheep worrier from the back of beyond (Including Ireland).

Notice that the terrorist leaders are educated men whilst the guys doing all the killing are always uneducated men who have been easily duped? I kind of feel sorry for them, having there own religon turned against them like that, Poor suckers. Oh well, until the day someone tells them the truth, guess we'll have to "Duck and cover" everytime someone shouts Bomb!
