Premium getting HDMI..

I know its probably old, but:

Confirmed: Xbox 360 Premium Gets HDMI - Xbox

Is it wrong that now I want my 360 to break in about a month or so's time so I take advantage of my 3 year warranty with Comet?

So, am I right in thinking the only difference to the elite is the 120 gig hard drive and the black colour?

Yet to fill up my 20gig despite much demo d/ling so I'm happy

Also, does HDMI make a very large difference vs. component HD? I've heard conflicting info about it, but most said there was little difference..

The difference is marginal although it is more noticeable at 1080p due to the extra data inherent in that resolution.
