Pre-downloads kicked in today?

I didn't perform any downloads in advance, and I had roughly 100mb's on feb 1st... Been running on the ToA client and did so aswell this morning, logged out around 17'ish cet. Sitting here now having the patcher telling me that I need to dl 968 mb...

I downloaded the patch about a week ago, for TOA aswell as Catacombs, but had to re-download the patches after installing the ones I downloaded before. Basicly, the patch I got from the GOA site didn't do shit
