Can someone explain to me how you lock refresh rates in powerstrip please?

I cant seem to figure it out.

Always reverts back to 60hz etc when i run games.

I was using refreshlock but i thought i might try something else.

Assuming you're using 3.29, right click on the icon Display Profile -> Configure. Set the resolution you want to change at the top right, then change the refresh rate to Custom Timing and lock it. Now click 'Advanced Timing Options'. The vertical geometry refresh rate can be manually adjusted to anything you wish, and once applied will be saved as the rate for that resolution.

• Go to the More Help tab.
• Click the Override button.
• Manually enter your favourite refresh rate in the Override Value field

No need for third-party utils!

you know...that strikes me as a funni that the directx diagnostics package won't allow you to manipulate refreshrate timings for d3d.

Powerstrip sucks monkey cock (forever blowing Bubbles). Refreshlock works
