Just like to know what is needed for a powerleveling group, i read about +leech and FoP and i have no idea what this means, anyone please explain what is needed, hib realm.
ok before the fop got nerfed into not working in pve the normal average fin group was set up as follows.
1. Animist
2. Mana Chanter/mana Eld
3. Mana Chanter/mana Eld
4. Druid or warden
5.
6.
7.
8.
now the last 4 slots were normally given over to people who were lvl 50 or provided a font of power so in the case above if all the peeps were 50 the last 4 slots would contain their alts.
The animist dropping there lvl 5 dd mushrooms on the very edge of the fin spawn ground and they would pull towards the animist the pbaoers would nuke the fins down they could basically chain pull fins in this matter with 0 downtime.
However since font of power been nerfed to not work in pve i think most people now just level normally or keep powerleveling to themselves.
The term Leech means someone who cant really bring anything to the group because they are so low level all they do is leech exp.
You can get master levels when you are at least level 40. You go and talk to the Arbiter in the Ruins of Atlantis and he gives you some background on them and the history of Atlantis. Once you've done that, keep an eye on boards like this for raids to do master levels - they are ten linked quests for each master level and you get a special ability at the end of each. Usually a raid will do several of the steps at a time. You can find out more about them here and here.
Basically, can be started at level 40, contains 10 levels, each with 10 steps. Can do the steps in a given level in any order, except the 10th step which you must do last to get credit. You must have completed the previous ml's to become a new ml (f.ex. you must be ml2 to become ml3) but you can do them out of order and will get them when you have the ones before (f.ex. if you are ml2 you can still go on a ml4 raid, and will then become ml4 after you have completed ml3 also).
ok masterlevels are attached the to trials of atlantis expanison.
At level 40 you can start your master levels but most people recomend around 45+ as some steps are quite difficult.
Basically you got 10 master levels separated by 9 sub quests and the last quest basically kill a big monster
you can do your master levels in any order you want so you arnt tied by doing 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 and so on. HOWEVER to gain the completed master level you need all the sub quests .1 to .9 and kill the final encounter .10 at which point you will then need 100% master level experience before you ding that master level.
each quest is limited in how it can be completed. The steps are either solo, group or battlegroup some even have a pre requisite such as kill a certain monster to gain an item.
For example master level 1.10 kill cetus requres you to find a mirror a ruby a crown and a ring (although not all are needed)
the monster cetus is basically a big fish if you have the mirror you are protected from his direct damage attack. The ruby will stop him teleporting and if i remember the crown will basically teleport you to the entrance THUS if your a healer you can escape and try again.
However the mirror drops from one of the previous steps the ruby you get from a shark and so forth
Some encounters are easy some are hard, some you cant do before you complete a previous master level.
