ok.. I just won this playing trifecta (got all 3 right)

Level Requirement: 49 Level

Charged Magic Ability:
- 20 Charges
- 20 Max
(This spell raises Intelligence, Piety, Charisma, and Empathy for all classes.)

Can use item every: 1:00 min

Bonus level 0

What does it actually do? Change your points permanently?

Only thing I could find on vnboards was that on hib the single charge version of this was sold for 9p 5 days ago. So I assume it's something that lasts a bit more than a session.

As far as I know, 1 charge only lasts until you die but it the buff stacks normal buffs.

It works like a buff potion, only that it can buff stats that can't be buffed normally, i.e. giving charisma buffs to minstrels, piety to clerics, etc, and affects the whole group.

Stacks with normal buffs and lasts a certain timer, 20 mins?

you can build up a nice stack of these & similar from the keep lords, not aware they were worth much though !

Buff lasts for 20 minutes and it raises ur int pie emp char etc

so high pie class and some AA u running with 400+ piety etc
