The look behind just before and the expression on his face were the clinchers for me - Rooney knew exactly what he was doing. How the English can moan about fair play after their saviour - the greatest footballer ever ever ever - has just aimed his studs at someone's bollocks is beyond me. Between Rooney's attempted castration (I don't blame Ronaldo in the slightest for trying to get him sent off, I'd do the same if someone tried the same to one of my team-mates on the football field no matter who they were), Crouch's girly hair pulling nonsense against Trinidad and Lampard's excellent free-kick winning dive England were hardly whiter than white in this World Cup. You should remember that.

Me in shock agreement with bodhi. And the media destruction of anything Portugal has been embarrasing for me to watch my work colleagues agree with. Im not a huge fan but theres a few decent players in Portugals 'greasy' side. I bit my lip so much over the last few days (Denmark fan here).

Fucking ****. (Ronaldo). And not becuase of his diving or Rooney. He now has said he wants to leave Man Utd and go to Spain. What an idiot, one minute he is saying the boo's and press don't bother him, the next he is saying the situation isn't good for him in England. I hope Ferguson tells him he is going nowhere till his contract is up, and lets him choose wether to rot or play.

I wasn't convinced that the hatred towards Ronaldo was justified until I watched the last two portugal games. First france, then Germany. It doesn't matter how much bad press he recieves he continues to fucking dive in or aorund the box. It's an absolute disgrace and a waste of some good talent. Someone really needs to stick their cock in his ear and shag some sense into him.

Yep, when he has the ball and is running, setting up plays and shooting he is magnificent to watch, when he is rolling around on the ground because someone breathed on him you want to shoot him.

You guys need to get a grip. It feels shitty too see your team go home, but you guys get so unbeliavably bitter it's unreal.

Calling the portuguese divers is rediculous, considering France's goal in the final was the result of a dive.

Heres a video of Gerrard diving against you guessed it, Portugal!

Diving is shite, but too try label it on one team is a joke when every team is guilty of it.

tau·tol·o·gy Audio pronunciation of "tautology" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (tô-tl-j)
n. pl. tau·tol·o·gies

1.
1. Needless repetition of the same sense in different words; redundancy.
2. An instance of such repetition.

So ".......is/would be a tautology" is fine.
