Not 5 but probably 4, i liked a lot when i ran with the old Stealth Lore in 1.68, and it will worth as Viper doesnt worth anymore as it only goes for applied poisons.

With free respec im going 50CS and high env.... so viper is what i'll be getting, vanish and some MoS....

and maybe MoP if there's any pts left.

I think MoS will unbalance the stealther wars ALOT.

A high rr stealther, will have the luxury of getting MoS 3-5, while still having some basic ra's that help u win fights.

A lower rr stealther has 2 options :
1) spec high MoS and have NO other decent ra's (in other words, bonus kill)
2) spec low MoS with decent ra's, but get owned by other people who have higher MoS than him

FFS does this sound reasonable?

From what iv'e read about it MoS3 is enough - ok u wont see them from MoS5 range but u will see them from MoS3 range with is enough imo to be able to defend yourself. Ofc i would expect archer classes to spec MoS5, but imo for NS/SB/INF MoS3 should be fine.

In the RA maker I used i noted Duelist Reflexes + Dodger has gone - may as well spec 50slash/50crit/Viper/Vanish when NF comes out with the reduction of evad. Ofc we will have at least 1 STR relic at the start

And dodger didnt do anything for assassins.
And your own relics doesnt give bonuses

Concerning the original question, fuck MoS, I'll get IP and Purge! I'm used to getting ganked by assassins anyway and I always have Nuok or Imac (NS) with me so don't really need it.

(1) Avoidance of Magic -2 % to all magic dmg
(4) Mastery of Pain +27 % chance of critical hit
(4) Mastery of Stealth +20%/450 movement speed / unit stealth detection while stealthed
(3) Purge 0s delay, 5m RUT : Dispel Negative Effects
(1) Vanish Normal speed 5s, immediate stealth, purge effects, cannot attack for 30s, 15m RUT
