hmmm i think you have to acctaully do the champion quests lvl 30 rebelion rising thingy all the way through BUT hier is an identilce necklace that will cost you about 1p called chocker of dispute only thing it doesnt have is 10af but the 5 x 6% resits are identicle resists


if none for sale then it's easily farmable from delilahs sactum in barrows (aurulite cave)

ye that exactly what i did, specced 50 pole 39 slash 42 shield and would jsut do normal S/S styles riposte ammy ect till proc then slam and go mental with celertiy on my pole \0/

On my arms i dont run with gov but i run with the dragon chest cleric its chain but the proc is insane weaponless for slam and any pole/twohanded sword
