Poisoned Miners Cloak (From Which Mob)

Just wondering if anyone knows what mob in Krondon drops the poisoned miners cloak? If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Guessing you dont know mob either, its a pretty nice cloak.

it's one of the ones on the way to orylle, rather than the other side of the dungeon...

In fact I think it was the goo - Fulafellean (not Fuladl)

It's possible it was Deben or Jehrog/Ulor though.
