is fop in or out of grp? if out does he get leech ? cuz i can do single target healing with my fopper out of grp and have a leech in grp ... if this is ok ?

Might be interested in either fop + leech or pbaoe + leech but your post dosn't make it too clear if the lvl 50's get leeches.
