Please switch off the graphics Ted

I noticed in one of the other forums that those fecking annoying animated gifs have made a very unwelcome return, they were by far the worst thing about the old messageboard and I was glad they were swicthed off in this one. Can you please switch them off again so loading times aren't pointlessly increased by spamming fools?

You can put them into the message body but not in the siggy bit.
Basically, it;s too much effot to
1) tyoe in the code manually
2) Make a new siggy that fits the colours scheme
