Quick resume....

Not played DAOC for 4/5 months but kept up subscription.
I now can't access game or subs pages - neither password is accepted (I have mailed goa).

Has anything happened in the last 4 months or so that could explain this? I haven't accessed these forums during this period either.

More worryingly is the fact I can no longer find any of my characters on stats pages (lvl 40s and 50s, legendary weaponsmith and 20 + plat lost somewhere)

Any update would be welcomed....

As for stats pages, your characters disappear from stats when your account is inactive. They will come back if you renew subscription. So probably nothing to worry about them missing from stat pages/chronicles.

Basically, someone did some funky shit on Prydwen, and there was other incidents on the german servers... so GOA changed everyones game/sub passes. And as someone mentioned... you have to have logged in since the patch for your char's to show up.
