please read a General Forum post

Hello everyone,

as there isn't always interaction between all the forums I'd like to give you a heads-up on a post I made in the general forum.

It contains an idea SAS (of game guides fame) and I (of little fame) have been working on regarding setting up a system to allow forum users to submit reviews on games/music/films/books/*

As it entails possible added forum functionality, I'd like YOU to take the time to comment on it so we can tune our idea as well as we can before trying to implement it in the forums.
