Im doing Stoneheart quest and im on that part where im killing dagar....
but ffs i can't find him!!!
It say he is inn the middle of the tower but when i was there with a group he never spawned.
so can anyone help me ?

Dagar is on first lower floor at the spiral stair but he takes a long time to spawn. And he ais tough
