Please help me to get rid of that spyware shyte...

The wife, for some (unknown reason) surfed around the intarweb yesterday and picked up some beautiful add/spyware.

I just installed Ad-Aware but I cannot seem to get rid of the application itself.
I try to uninstall but it makes me go online and brings me here to dl some dodgy uninstall client.

... and I really don't want to dl even more spyware.

try downloading Spybot - S&D (free), make sure you have all the latest updates then run a full scan, it can sometimes kill some spyware that Ad-Aware can't.
