PLEASE HELP !! how do i play on my TV?

Ive recently got a new tv--
SONY Wega 32" Widescreen
Digital scanning super-flat 100Hz tube
(lush)

i was wondering if there was any way to
connect an iMac DV to it?
TV's got S-video Scarts, etc...
imacs got firewire, USB, free ports, etc

PLZ HELP :-( !!

Well : first you will need an adapter card for your mac : i dont know if there is on, im no sMac expert.
However i shall point out, that the latest, best and most expensive TV's can still only use 800x600 resolution, and have over a quarter the amount of pixels as the standard 14" screen. The larger the TV, the larger the pixels : thusly any computer running off a TV looks complete shite.
But if you insist, have a word with you local Mac dealer. It might also be worth speaking to Sony, i personally deal with their products, and am familiar with the DV/Firewire interface they use.I have seen the range of adapter boards Sony do for PC's - the Mac stuff, if existant, would be a different more specialist line tho : so first off speak to your local Mac dealer, if you dont get any luck there, thru your Sony dealer. I should point out : that sort of thing will more then likely put you back 200 odd quid.

Pcs its just slap in a 40 quid tv card, or use the SVHS output provided on the typical graphics boards these days.

yeh i know....iMac 8o(
but my pc is well slow like!
the resolution wont b a problem as
i i usually play at 800x600 online neway
ur right...ill definately check out the card/whatever bfore i buy as, yes.. most
computers running off TVs look complete shite.
ill b willing 2 invest the money though
if it means i can play Quake3 on this
TV ====>> mainly bcos the TV is just so
NICE!
