please explain QQ

I have tried looking at it sideways, I have thought of some meanings, quite quiet, quite quick, quintisentially querulous (epitomises the whining population ) or queer queer, but I am unsure if any of these is correct.
Please can someone explain.

Me? Naaah! I'll never flame as good as them. What I wrote isnt a flame but my opinion.

I mean hell, if someone tells me to FO what will I do? I'll tease him till he makes a valid point or breaks my nose. These people using abbreviations are either too lazy to make a readable statement or afraid of their spelling.

Edit: If someone talks to me using stuff like "plz", "m8", "thx" or other crap like that I tend to ignore him. I also tend to skip posts wich consist of more than 25% abbreviations and 1337.
Even if QQ is just another weird smile I'll still consider people just posting "QQ" simple minded.
