playing KOTOR again?

Ive just completed it being a good guy, is it worth playing through again on the dark side?

anything different happen (ie : at the end)? dont give too much away

Sry, only completed on Light Side, both me and my mate bought the game and I manged to save Baslitla at the end but he didn't he turned dark at the very end and destroyed her. Did u?



I think i'll play through it again in a few months and explore every bit of the game, and do things my way instead of sticking to Light or Dark.

Played 45 hours and looking for the the last star map, how long did it take for you guys to finish it? As for dark/light i'm slowly heading towards the dark side for most of the time i was in between but i'm tempted to finish on the dark side.

Quality game though.

I saved bastila but didnt take her with me to face malak. took me about 35 hrs.

It took me around 35hrs too, but I kinda wished I played it a lot slowly in order to take it all in. I think I left alot of tasks out, I never went looking for Bastilas Fathers Holocron or finished the duelling event on Taris. Just so many unfinshed goals, I suppose i'll do that next time.


How long did it take for u to kill Malak, took me nearly an hour, managed to figure out how to kill him easy though in the end.

it didnt take me long to kill malak, then again I had a shitload of medpacks

I only missed a few tasks but I didnt do any of the swoop bike stuff on the other planets and the last duelling event gave you darkside points so I didnt bother

shame all the planets didnt take 8-9 hours to complete like Taris

I've completed it 3 times now.

Twice in a row as a lightside guardian (I dont know why) and just recently as a darkside consular. I think my times to finish it were 1: 39hrs, 2: 29hrs, 3: 23hrs.

I saved Bastila all 3 times, but however you might try to get her to face Malak with you she wont, it's a 1v1 fight. I managed to finish all the swoop bike racing events on the planets (tatooine, manaan) it's a good way to make money. Also if you're ever short on cash there's a paazak player on tatooine in the hunting lodge that will play you for 600 a game, if you play him enough

One of my favorite quests were the hitman ones on manaan, you get some really great kit, especially in the final fight.

I mainly used Mission and Bastila as lightside group members with HK47 and Canderous as my darkside ones. If you level up Mission as a melee character rather than a pistols she's really good.

I would say that it's definitely worth playing through as darkside, especially if when you played through lightside you were Mr goody-goody (as I was) it's so funny seeing how much of an arsehole you can be, especially near the end where there's one of the most downright evil things you can do in videogame history

It's a bit buggy to say the least, if I were you I'd wait for the pc version, it's not very far away now

It's not fine, although I never had any gamestopping moments I've had quite a few minor/medium bugs where I've had to reload. I'd recommend alternating your saves, DO NOT just have one

Runs alright on my Xbox, never ran into any problems. If your worried about patches there may be one coming on Xbox Live but i've only heard rumours.

funny, ive not run into a bug of anykind :/

maybe im lucky. I cant imagine the game would be as good on PC for some reason, not sure why, just there are some games for PC and some for Console.

Heard about some terrible, save ruining bugs. I was fortunate enough to avoid them, but apparently its riddled with them. I always have 3-4 saves on my rpgs anyway just incase I make a wrong choice.
