i've not seen any spectacular packages knowcking about, but get the main box thingy with one wii-mote (£180) and rather than buying a separate wii-mote (£25) buy wii-play instead, this gives you more mini games and a wii-mote for ~£35, you might also need another nun-chuk as well, but i think i've used my second nunchuk maybe 2 or 3 times since i got the wii so its not as big a deal

At the Game in Southend there is a special offer *woooo*

You need to play 1 round of soggy biscuit, if you win, you get the Wii...only thing is, they seem to be really really bad at the game and they always smile...

Usually GameStation do some pretty good deals. I've actually seen some stuff in my local game (Though, I'm not sure if that's the Wii or 360 ) which is deal-ish.
