Yep, 2-3 working days after it says Posted although they sometime like to drag their heals on Processing or Packing.

On a vaguely similar note I was in central London today and said to the Missus - "I'm just going to have a look in HMV" and ended up purchasing:

  • Fifa 2003 for GC
    The Killer SE DVD
Joseph : King of Dreams (by Dreamworks) DVD cartoon.

I then proceeded to Computer Exchange and also picked up:

  • Resident Evil for GC and
    Beachspikers for GC.

I also ordered Timesplitters 2 for GC from Play last Thursday.

I think the Missus is gonna have a go at me.

Incidentally, I just ordered one of these:

peacemaker.jpg

Not from Play, obviously.

It's a Colt Peacemaker 45 Revolver with an extended barrel, as issued to the US cavalry after 1873. A non-firing replica, £40.

Not sure why I bought it, except my dad had one just like it, and I can wave it around and pretend to be The Big Man. I also bought Young Guns on DVD. COINCIDENCE?

Got it from here, if you're interested.

I thought replica guns were illegal and you could get shot on the spot for playing with it in public?

FIFA 2003 what the FUCK are you playing at?

It is a completely dire game, like fifa 98,99,2000,2001,2002. Because they are all the fucking same thing just recycled with the default EA sports GUI, which is on EVERY EA sports title regardless of genre. EA sports games are wank!

Exactly what I thought initially. But it is the best footie game on Gamecube at the moment ( I sold ISS2 ages ago and Virtua Striker 2).

The new version of Fifa plays more closely to PES2 on PS2 and it's not too bad.

According to my step-son, who plays all different footie games non-stop on the PS2, Pro-Evo is the daddy.

Don't mention PS2 infront of ONO :/

But i hear your step son is indeed correct.

oh and just for the record, sports games are cack. Mindless violence and car theft is the way to go.

I toatlly agree that PES is the daddy, but the fact is I only have a Gamecube and not a shitty PS2 therefore Fifa 2003 is the choice.

Not at all. You don't even need a license, but you must be over 17. Blank-firers do require a license, though, so I'm told.

I'm not planning on wandering into any banks with it, though.

That reminds of a time back when I was at school and a mate of mine swapped a Pager for a BBGun, it looked pretty much like a real handgun, and even tho I told him not to go showing it about school. he kept giving it to people. It wasn't loaded and so wasn't dangerous, then some grounds keeper was sitting watching him waving it about.

30mins later and the school is swooped on by armed police officers and several taken away by the police, fortunately I hadn't touched it.

The police were going to press charges but didn't, even though his parents didn't tell him that so he was worried about it for like 8months :D

Some people just dont think about the consequences of their actions...or if they do, dont bother to think if they can deal with them or they go through with their foolish actions
